Protected/Historic Structures
DMA is currently working on two Protected Structures in the City of Cork (North Presentation Convent & 33 Oliver Plunkett Street). The Company has added to it's credentials as a provider of Structural Engineering Services in Historic Structures by the recent completion of specialist training in this area.
January 2010
DAC (Disability Access Certificate)
DMA now offers the service of DAC applications. From the 1st of January 2010 all new buildings (and certain other buildings as set out in the Statutory Instrument) will need a DAC prior to occupation.

ISO 9001: 2008
DMA has successfully completed an external audit through the National Standards Association of Ireland and is now certified to ISO 9001: 2008.

BER (Building Energy Rating)
As part of the comprehensive range of professional services available DMA offers BER certification on new and existing properties from January 2009.

CPD
DMA has signed the Engineers Ireland Continuing Professional Development Protocol.
The CPD Accreditation Scheme is designed to support lifelong learning by stimulating
and recognising good organisational practice in the area of professional development
for engineers and technical staff.
